In the spirit of my new mental health plan I am documenting my work here in a space that I have observed to be safe.  As I restart everyday as a new beginning today I will pray by beginning in the beginning.  

Here is a recent prayer/ invocation I wrote as I found myself reaching out to my gods and asking for help.  It came very clear to be that engaging in the cycle of isolation was very self-abusive.
