Don't bury yourself...

Where does all this anxiety come from, why is it stopping me?

Can you still believe the government is watching you, or that aliens exist in your room, or any kind of a state of psychosis after you know its only delusional?

I don't know what to do, and I don't know how to get help because I can't trust anyone. I have been feeling blank and empty lately, and I can't remember the feel of my symptoms, I can't remember feeling anything. I haven't even been diagnosed, even though I have known of this possibility since October.
